One Day at a time...

Generally, EVERY night I make a to do list for the upcoming day. Before I learned how to prioritize my day, getting everything done on my list was a must!

I had no idea how important it was to put the most important things at the top of the list, and the least important things towards the bottom. 📝

Doing this leaves room for life to happen. As we all know each day brings a new surprise, or an unexpected mishap.

I literally used to fall apart if I did not get everything done for the day in the day. I know that sounds crazy but after learning myself and understanding more about my mental health disorder I understand exactly what I was that way. 🥱

But as with anything else when you know better you do better and I’m OK with not getting every single thing done in one day. Now I focus more on finishing all the things that have to be completed.

It is absolutely OK to forward some task to the next day it’s completely OK to not get everything done!

You have to use what you can! ✅

You have to be what you can. ✅

You have to start right where you are at! ✅

You  have to give yourself a break! ✅

And you have to get it done but you don’t have to get it all done today. ✅
