Friday

 It's just something about Friday's that make me feel good!

  Today has been a good day. Mainly because I feel accomplished. I got soooo many things done!

 Productivity is the most euphoric feeling that I have ever felt! It's exhilarating and liberating! Finishing something feels better than the rush of joy and satisfaction that I feel when I have finally completed a tedious cleaning task. 

Today the sun was shining like a warm day in June. It felt incredibly AMAZING beaming against my skin, too. And though summer seasons in Arkansas can sometimes be unbearable; especially in the latter parts, summer has always been my favorite!

I woke up and started my day with a strong ass cup of coffee and some good music to lift my mood--Erykah Badu to be exact. But before I got out of the bed, I sat in silence and absorbed the moment in it's perfect stillness. Genuinely, it feels good to sit still!

 I never would have said that 10 years ago. In the morning is when my thoughts are crisp and clear. I've learned to take advantage of the magic of morning.

In the meantime, I have been falling in love with myself more and more each day and it feels good!

 Even on my worst days, I am able to see the progress in myself simply based on how I respond to stressful situations. 

I won't say that nothing bothers me; that would be a lie! I am learning to master the art controlling my emotions! 

 I don't understand everything; but who does, right? 

 However, I understand MY mission in life -- to encourage people and show them that YOU CAN! 

If I can, so can you! 

All of our journey's are unique but we do all indeed have a purpose.

I have fought both my purpose and my passion for so long.

The truth is, some of my best days involve me helping someone else.

Brightening people's day happens to be "my thing!"

I've always done it and I will always do it! 

The bright days like today is a reminder that dark moments are just moments. 

I am grateful for bad and good experiences alike. Each new day brings about it's own lesson. 

Today was a good day!
